Your First Visit…
Patient Forms
Upon entering our office, our front desk staff will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms if you have not already done so from this website. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition. Your answers offer up clues to what potential dangers your body may be encountering and will give us a baseline for comparison to future outcomes.
Consultation
Next, you will have a consultation where Dr. Paul or an exam specialist will go over your paperwork with you. Your health-related problems, concerns, and potential chiropractic care will be discussed. This Initial Visit is designed for the doctor to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
Examination
After your consultation, your doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination. Standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed. This is a thorough spinal examination to determine any abnormal alignment and motion patterns, and how this is detrimentally affecting the nerve system and organ function (subluxation) in your body. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
X-ray Studies
Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignment and degeneration themselves.
Your First Visit can take anywhere from 45-60 minutes, please take this into consideration.
Dr. Blaser is extremely thorough to gather as much information as possible to give you the absolute best possible treatment recommendations. Please arrive on time.
